Other Unknown Designer and Style Number Petite unclassified dresses

I bought the dress in 2010 for my wedding in 2011. It is a BEAUTIFUL dress. Unfortunately, I have no designer information. The label only gives information about the size and cleaning methods. I did try to call the boutique that I purchased it at, but it was a local business and they've since gone out of business.
