Dress bought at a local boutique in Ohio. It came with a sash for the waist, but I didn't love it so I bought the sash that is currently sewn on the dress. The sash is satin in a champaign color with jewel embellishments that go all the way around the waist. Sash can be easily removed (I had it removed when I dry cleaned the dress before the wedding and they sewed it back on perfectly). I also have original sash if the new owner wants it.
I love this dress! It was so comfortable and I danced in it all night long. The billowing skirt and form filling sweetheart upper part made my waist look so small. First time I've had an hourglass figure and all without an uncomfortable corset.
