This dress was purchased new. It was altered to fit. The dress is NOT white it is platinum in color. Dress comes with tiara/veil and shaw. I am 5'8" tall. Due to the wedding being on a beach purchaser will need to be slightly shorter to hem off bottom 2" of dress.
